Media Performance Executive


  • Understanding and acknowledging the nature of marketing as well as having a fundamental understanding of (digital) communications.
  • As a planner, required to be well-versed in all areas of various digital platforms and ecosystems (Google, Facebook, DSP, and so on). The key responsibility is to manage campaign performance and efficiently deal with reports to the line manager.
  • Execute digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Responsible for the day to day running of campaigns by monitoring, and optimizing campaign efficiency.
  • Responsible for reports weekly/monthly/quarterly, proactively recommend optimizations and suggestion to improve campaign performance
  • Develop media plan, proposal following client’s brief
  • Working collaboratively with other deparment to ensure work flow smoothly


  • 1 years of experience at a media or digital firm is required. Having prior expertise in the Vietnam market or any similar growing market.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing workload by fast response.
  • The ability to operate across many company disciplines.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, including budgeting and number manipulation.
  • Having an understanding of digital media insight, analytics, implementation, and optimisation (particularly Facebook, Google, and DSP).
  • The ability to successfully coordinate workflow with internal teams and third-party partners.
  • Social skills and the ability to create relationships are a bonus.
  • Presentation and communication skills are a plus.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) and willingness to communicate with foreign teams are a plus.


  • Working time: Monday-Friday (9hAM-17h30PM).
